Vegan ‘Ice Cream’ Sundae - uses four ingredients and takes five minutes!

For the ice cream:
2 small frozen bananas
teaspoon of nut butter i.e. PB
Blitz in food processor or blender until creamy (3 or 4 mins).

For the chocolate sauce:
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Heat in microwave or over double boiler.
Eat!
