Oat and Banana Vegan Pancakes
Pancakes are my favourite weekend breakfast, so I’m really glad I’ve found such a good vegan alternative. I found the recipe here…
And they taste so good! Made with bananas, oats, and almond milk. I substituted flour for whole meal and cinnamon for vanilla. The recipe says med low heat but this was a disaster, use med high and don’t turn over until lots of bubbles appear. Perfect Saturday breakfast.
My mum is worried that I might not be getting all the vitamins I need on my ‘new healthy diet’ because I am having this for lunch. She also mentioned that I might get rickets from wearing too much sun cream…
